Part III - Payment Terms
Please submit the completed application form along with 50% of participation fee to S S Media & Marketing. Balance 50% of participation fee on or before April 10, 2010.

Booth/Space will be allotted on receipt of total charges, along with the duly completed application form.

If the Exhibitor cancels all or part of the Exhibit package/space contracted for hereunder, the Exhibitor shall pay to the organizer a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the contract value if the cancellation occurs prior to April 10, 2010. The Organiser shall be entitled to 100% of the contract value in the event of a cancellation by Exhibitor after April 10, 2010.

Payment shall be made by Bank draft / Crossed cheque in favour of “S S Media & Marketing”, payable at Bangalore. Bank charges should not be deducted from the remitted amount.

Part IV - Company Stamp and Singnature
We hereby apply for participation in the F&A Trade Show. We also agree to abide by the provisions contained in the attached “Exhibition Rules & Regulations” set out by the Organiser and further agree and acknowledge that such “Exhibition Rules & Regulations” form part of our agreement with the Organiser in connection with participation in the F&A Trade Show. We understand that information appearing in this application form may be included into the Organiser’s databank and further, that the Organiser and its associated companies may make use of such information for the promotion of the F&A Trade Show or for other promotional purposes. We agree and acknowledge that the Organiser and its associated companies bear no responsibility for any error or omission.
