Product mix, displays keep visitors engrossed

successfully in spite of the
recessionary trend shows
that the F&A Trade Show is a
trusted platform," said Mr Natwar
Bhattad, Head – Textiles and Apparels,
Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd (Madura
Garments), Bangalore. "The exhibits
were amazing, and it was really
remarkable to find cost competitive
products from SMEs when compared
to the large mills."
He was expressing the sentiments of
most of the buyers who took time off
to visit the venue not only from the
production centers of South India, but
also the rest of the country and even
from overseas like USA, UK,
Singapore, Myanmar, South Korea,
etc.
Visitors on the fair were delighted to
see an impressive range of fabrics and
accessories.

from Myanmar for this show,
having read about it on the website,
noted: "We came looking for cotton
yarn and were able to identify some
good products." The company
manufactures sarong and men's wear.

show was very well organized. The
quality of displays was good and
touching international standards."

vendors were good. I liked
the show and the quality of
the products on display. The
mill matrix was missing, but that is fine
if it is a strategy. In fact, this show has come
at the right time when we are coming
out of the recessionary cycle and a
good platform to present one's
strengths and capabilities."

show was very good. It was nice to see the
new developments happening on all
fronts, especially the new fabrics. But I
would have liked to see more vendors. The

Pantone was an interesting display."

some technical person to explain the

event having read about it on
the internet. Mr Dupong

Korea, was one such person: "I had
seen the details of this event on the
internet and thought I should visit. I did
find some interesting embroidery
threads we were looking for at the
Gunold stall."
